VG Entertainment has released an in-depth gameplay showcase for Forest Reigns, a new story-driven FPS set in post-apocalyptic Paris.
The nearly 8-minute video highlights three distinct ways to approach a single mission, emphasizing player’s freedom of choice and the environmental interactions. The Forest is not just a backdrop, it's an intelligence you can either fight against or turn into an ally.
- Direct assault. Antagonizing the Forest: Fight alongside a squad, use firepower, and manipulate the hostile environment to your advantage.
- Stealth attack. At one with the Forest: Strike from the shadows, use nature as a tool, and turn enemies against each other.
- Exploration approach. Withstand the Forest: Discover hidden paths, turn environmental traps to your advantage, and use the city’s remnants to outsmart foes.
Forest Reigns offers deep and emergent gameplay where every choice shapes the experience and the whole story. Watch the full deep-dive video on our page on Steam and wishlist!
