Update 0.4.37 — Now Live
Greetings, Shinobi,
The wait is over. A lot was removed because we're changing the look of our game. Here is everything that dropped in 0.4.37.
⚡ THE QUICK RECAP (TL;DR)
- Full Armor System: Cloaks, helmets, bracers, chest armor, and more with set bonuses.
- Katanas: A new weapon class has entered the Land of Shinobi.
- Stack Equip Fixed: Equip directly from stacks — no more dropping items to pick them up.
- Minimap: Now live in your HUD. Press M for the full map.
- Village Registration: Declare your origin at the main gate and report to Elder Daichi.
- New NPCs and Missions: New characters and quests are live across the village.
⚔️ ARMOR SYSTEM
Cloaks, gloves, pants, shirts, helmets, bracers, shoulder pads, and chest armor are now in the game. Mix and match or build toward full sets — equip 3/5 matching pieces for a stat bonus, complete the 5/5 and the bonus grows even stronger. Knights armor. Robes. Your shinobi, your way.
🗡️ NEW WEAPONS
- Katanas: A new weapon class has entered the Land of Shinobi.
- Weapon Stats Rebuilt: The Jinsoku Blade now attacks at a noticeably faster speed — this is intentional. It is the blade required to unlock Teleportation Jutsu. Equip it next to a standard kunai and you will feel the difference immediately.
- Kunai Throw Cost Reduced: Chakra cost dropped from 50 to 30. More kunai, more often.
☁️ INVENTORY AND EQUIPMENT
- Auto Stack Equip: No more dropping a single item just to equip it. If you have a stack of kunai and equip them, one equips. The rest stay in your bag.
- Equipment Quick Swap Synced: Fully cloud synced. Duplication bugs and missing gear on quick swap are gone.
🗺️ WORLD AND GAMEPLAY
- Minimap: Now visible in your HUD at all times. Press M to open the full size map.
- Jutsu Realism: Auto tracking logic removed from most jutsu. Your aim matters now.
- Economy Audit: Every number in the game has been reviewed and locked in. The economy is solid as stone.
🏯 NEW CONTENT
- New NPCs: New characters now walk and sit around the village. Approach them for lore and stories from before the land fell.
- New Missions: New missions have been added to the game.
- Village Registration: Report to the Registrar at the main gate, declare your village origin, and take your official documents to Elder Daichi to complete your enrollment and receive your first gear.
🎵 AUDIO AND UI
- New Sounds: A full audio pass throughout the entire game.
- New Animations: Extensive new animations added across the board.
- New Main Menu Track: A new song plays when you reach the main menu.
- UI Overhaul: The chat widget has been redesigned. Nearly every button in the game has been rebuilt.
