Changes:
- DeFacto: add a tutorial to teach basic building of a factory
- DeFacto: money flow value (per second, displayed at top left) now only include seller's and rocket's money
- DeFacto: slight redesign of recipe menu to be more clear
- PCraft: now timer only starts with first input
