Thank you, as always, for playing AKEGARASU.
We are pleased to announce that AKEGARASU: Journey to the Underworld has been selected for Support for New IP Creation (Startup Support: SO-FU), part of IP360, the Content Industry Growth Investment Support Program operated by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
For this year’s SO-FU program in the games category, 15 game creators and teams were selected from among a large number of applicants, with AKEGARASU chosen as one of the supported titles.
Encouraged by this selection, we will continue developing AKEGARASU and work to deliver an even more compelling game.
As part of the SO-FU program, AKEGARASU will also be exhibited at the “iGi indie Game incubator / SO-FU” booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026!
You will be able to play AKEGARASU at the venue. Come and experience how much the game has evolved since our previous TGS exhibitions!
Visitors will also be able to play and evaluate the exhibited titles at the SO-FU booth throughout Tokyo Game Show 2026.
Pre-registered participants will take part in monitored evaluations during the Business Days. Open evaluations requiring no advance registration will also be held throughout the event, including the Public Days.
