Hello!
New update has just been applied! First of all, we have reworked rewards for repetitive events like the post-tournament cycle, replacing most of the item rewards with money and Contribution Points. Item rewards can now be bought from the Glory vendors. Assortment of the latter ones have also been improved to make it more attractive for different types of players.
Another change coming with today’s update is redesign of the main colors of both playable nations. First, it is intended to improve user experience of color blind players, as previously used color scheme (blue vs yellow) is one of the most common forms of color blindness. It will also help to attract more PVP-focused players to join Midland faction – though there are only 5% less Midlanders than Ismirs, PVP players tend to choose the latter. Therefore we have changed the Ismirs main color to blue, which is the most common color of Vikings in common art and pop culture, while Midlanders received more aggressive royal scarlet. After the first shock we love this change – hope you too!
This update also introduce the rebalance of leveling pace, which is a part of preparations before applying the upcoming combat update. Pace remains the same up to level 50, so new players can still quickly become competitive in PVP but earning higher levels will take more time, especially since level 80. This way, though earning maximum level is not necessary to earn fame and loot in battle, it will be a worthy goal to achieve for ambitious players!
Moreover, we have redesigned Dunberg village to improve the first impression of players who decide to play as Midlanders. We have also improved starting events in this area and added new ones, so it will be easier for new players to learn the basic mechanics. There are also tons of other changes, including PVP balance tweaks, UI improvements and many more!
See you in battle!
