Hey everyone,
To mark 20 days since the Early Access release, I thought it would be a good idea to add a bunch of new content and features to Alpha 1.1.0!
Major Changes:
- New skill level system, levelling up will now give a skill point, points can be spent on a speech skill that can affect dialogue (more skills will be added in later updates)
- Added 2 new main quests
- Added 9 Gold Chunks to collect
- Added 3 achievements, 2 of them hidden, good luck finding them!
- The player will now respawn after death
- Enemies can now respawn
TAB key on Keyboard to access the skill system screen, kill enemies to level up and get skill points
Minor Changes:
- Massively reduced load times
- boosted multiple player stats
- Some dialogue rewritten to make it lore accurate (or to fix mistakes)
- Exit game button
- Improved grass render distance
- Updated gate model
- The village in the main menu now looks more like the village during gameplay
- Added decorative rocks to fill out the environment
- Added a water well in the village
- Made quest locations easier to locate
- And a bunch of stuff so minor, I may have forgotten to write about it
I’m excited to continue building both the game and the amazing community. If you’ve played the game, thank you, it means everything. If you’re new, I’d love for you to jump in and share your thoughts. Every bit of feedback helps make this project better.
