Added an "Exit to Menu" button in the pause menu

Fixed the attack speed perk which now decreases the attack timer instead of increasing it
Made the cursor accurate to the screen position and made it more easily visible
Fixed target laser weapon firing a beam of lasers when its target was destroyed
