Update 0.4.0 - Sprite changes and bugfixes

Update 0.4.0

Changes :

1. Updated the king sprites and tileset
2. Added door exit animations to all themes

Fixed Bugs :

1. Fixed a bug where the tutorial in the first level wouldn't show up
2. Fixed a few wrongly placed tiles in level 5

Known, Unfixed Bugs :

1. The player's speed can increase temporarily if they try to dig while in between a dirt block and a wall.
2. Glowing dirt in the miner theme sometimes has its light flicker.
3. The player will sometimes enter a door if next to it when the piece snaps in place.
4. Player movement can be a bit jittery when inside a tilted piece.
