What can you expect?
Two new Enemy Types
The Demon Nurse that will viciously chase you to cut you up with her gigantic scalpel. The other one is the Lobotomized Doctor. It has not been shown in the trailer - but it is a terrifying hulking abomination that has done several experiments on itself and now it is looking for new specimens. Both enemy types will come with a variation, effectively increasing the enemy roster by 4 in total.
New Weapon
The Silenced Machine Pistol will be your new tool in your arsenal. It comes with its own new Weapon Mods and with its high rate of fire it is a great addition to your loadout. The silenced gunsounds also make enemies uncapable of detecting you when you shoot, so it is another strategic element that you can utilize to survive.
New Area
A whole new set of unique room layouts have been designed. Hunt or be hunted in endless hospital corridors, disgusting operation theaters, twisted x-ray stations or creepy, candlelit bedrooms full of grotesque monstrosities. This new area also features new music specifically composed to fit the atmosphere perfectly by James Dean!
New Trinkets and Achievements
New Trinkets have been added to the game to give you a greater choice to plan your strategy and finetune your play-style. Also new Steam Achievements have been added for the new weapon and monsters (and a few extra ones).
Please note that the Clinic upgrade will also come with a price adjustment for the added value of the game. The base price will be increased by $1 or regional equivalent. If you purchase the game before the new content is released, you will get it all for free!
