This hotfix:
Fixes issues with alternate world 5 not having stones to indicate level number
Fixes issues with alternate 4-3 solving when not all the boxes have been pushed into position
Fixes issues with alternate 4-6 ice not functioning properly
Replaces brightness setting with a special effects setting in the options menu that can disable lightning effects
