Hey everyone!
The first demo update is live!
This update focuses on improving balance and making the shop economy more engaging to manage. It also includes many minor quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes.
New expenses

Previously, the only expense in the game was restocking products.
Now, you'll also need to pay salaries for cashiers and rent for your acquired shop tiles.
Additionally, I've rebalanced shelf and cash desk prices to account for these new expenses.
Loans

Loans have been added to the game!
If you’re at risk of bankruptcy or want to expand but lack the funds, you can take out a loan and repay it later.
You'll only need to pay daily interest, and you can repay the loan itself whenever you’re ready.
Bugfixes and improvements
Many players reported issues with widescreen resolutions. I’ve worked to address this, and I hope the new version makes the game more comfortable to play. If you still encounter issues, please report them on the Steam Discussions or Discord—thanks!
Here are some of the other quality-of-life improvements and fixes:
- Customers now have more visual variety.
- Cash desk placement now clearly shows its orientation.
- Added a tooltip for quick expansion (hold Shift).
- Objects now start from their initial rotation when you start to move them.
- You can now remove the second entrance and have only one.
- Clearer indication when you don’t have enough money for shelves or cash desks.
- Improved anti-aliasing for UI icons.
And many other minor improvements
Hope you'll enjoy the new update!
