Hotfix #2.4

MEATSACKS, HOLLOW SHELLS and ELECTRIC CELLS now have an additional perk level that converts 100% of enemy health types into a single one.

Therefore SPECIALIST is now viable again, increasing damage by 10x against enemies that take a single type of damage.

SPECIALIST is more expensive now, costing 10000 C. 10x damage is a lot.

Fixed FIRESTARTER perk overlapping with other perk in IH -2 and IH -1.

FPS now updates every 0.5 seconds instead of every frame, which makes for a calmer UI experience.

Fixed CUT TREE button not scaling properly to bigger screens.

Made the TUTORIAL levels easier, with enemies and bosses weaker than before and also a reduced chance of finding TOTEMS.

The text at the start of the wave is now visible for longer, even on better hardware that loads the wave really fast (1.5 seconds). If it is now experienced as too long, please let me know.

Fixed start of wave texts not showing the right hints for what enemies to expect. This is now also correct in case of IH > 13, when all enemies spawn a wave earlier.
