Hello, Farmers!
We are excited to welcome you to the Prologue of Family Land - Farmer Simulator! This is your chance to dive into the world of farming and get hands-on with the core mechanics and gameplay elements that will be central to the full version of the game. The Prologue offers just a small taste of the farming life that awaits you, but there's plenty to explore!
A First Look at Farm Life
In the Prologue, you’ll step into the role of Uncle Henry, preparing essential notes and advice for young John, which will be invaluable in the full version of the game. You’ll start by familiarizing yourself with the tools available on the farm, taking on the daily responsibilities of a farmer—mowing grass, tilling soil, fertilizing fields, and planting your first crops, starting with corn. Along the way, you'll meet the Williams family, who will help guide you through the journey of managing a farm.
What You’ll Learn
Throughout the Prologue, you’ll experience the entire farming cycle. You’ll:
- Spray your crops to protect them
- Order fertilizers and supplies
- Harvest and sell your produce
- Learn how to raise chickens and collect eggs
Every task you complete will not only help you grow your farm but will also serve as material for writing a guidebook for city dwellers, teaching them the ways of rural life!
This prologue is just the beginning and will serve as an introduction to the full game. It’s currently undergoing final touches and testing, and we can’t wait to share it with you! Follow our devlogs on the main game page for more updates as we continue developing the full version of Family Land - Farmer Simulator. Exciting times are ahead—stay tuned!
