Thanks for playing Widget Inc!
For quite a while now (long before the launch of Widget Inc) my friends and I have been working on an idle space sim game, and the demo for Vanguard Galaxy is now available on Steam!
Vanguard Galaxy is a chill game about space exploration. Starting from humble beginnings, you arrive in a forgotten corner of the universe that has recently come under renewed scrutiny. Fight, mine and trade your way to the top, and uncover the reasons that have kept this place under the radar for so long.
And, of course, you have your trusty Autopilot to automate most of the mundane tasks. The game adapts to your style of play, allowing both active and idle gameplay styles. And while the game was developed to sit at the bottom of your screen while you work or watch a movie, it can now also be played full-screen!
Please check it out if the idea of an ambient space sim that stays out of your way (when you want it to) sounds like your cup of tea!
