Greetings, Lords and Ladies.
This is the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad team.
Since earlier this week, we have been monitoring reports of unusually high latency affecting players in certain countries within the EU region.
After conducting a thorough investigation, we can confirm that this issue does not stem from our internal game systems. Instead, it is the result of external factors affecting network routes and connections.
We understand how disruptive latency can be to your gameplay experience, and we want to assure you that resolving this matter is our highest priority. To that end, we are working closely with our external partners to identify the root causes and implement corrective measures as quickly as possible.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work toward a solution, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Thank you for your continued support of Game of Thrones: Kingsroad. We remain committed to providing a stable and enjoyable service environment for all players.
