The paid and steam version now has access to the manual. I may add more to it in the future.
For future localization plans, I plan to localize this in the future into other languages, but I'm currently waiting on the main tool for it to be in a better state before I proceed with the localization process. I'm not sure how long this will take, but I only want to proceed if I can make sure there won't be any bugs or crashes on the user side because of it.
