Keyboard Update!

- Keyboard controls have been significantly improved to feel snappier and easier to control.
- Super Dummy received a few new animations upon taking damage
- Slightly slowed attacks of Goblin, Knight and Death whose attacks could be tricky to react to in time.
- Slightly reduced overwhelmingly large shield of Destroyer form of Death.
