Hey everyone, As the build for the full game is getting finalized, I got some work done on translations as well. This update mainly features the support of following 10 languages:
-ENGLISH
-KOREAN
-JAPANESE
-CHINESE
-GERMAN
-FRENCH
-ITALIAN
-SPANISH
-PORTUGUESE
-POLISH
The translations have been done through professionals at QLoc - Big thanks to them!
The languages that were previously supported (CHINESE, JAPANESE, KOREAN) through the use of AI translations, also got redone by professionals at QLoc.
This may have changed the terminology such as names of items a little bit in these languages, but in the long term, I hope that this will improve user experience overall.
Also, apologies for Chinese Traditional users - due to the limited budget, I wasn't able to afford a professional translation for it. I hope that at some point post release I will be able to bring it back.
Other changes on 0.5 are as follows:
Balancing:
Few cards and perks got adjusted, while no heavy reworks were done.
It was mostly aimed at making the effects easier to understand, and buff up cards that rarely got selected.
QoL Changes:
Perk/Event Preview: Hovering over a card will show you what perks and events will affect the following card. Hovering over the first card while owning Rapidfire for example, will show the icon of Rapidfire.
Reset History Button: You may now reset game history, and lifetime winrate in the 'GAME HISTORY' tab. Also, win rates will no longer be displayed at the end of each run, and can only be found in the GAME HISTORY tab.
Stronger Visuals for DISCARD/MOVE: Hovering over cards while move/discard mode is enabled will show new visual effects, that will make it more obvious. Also fixed a bug where hover animation was not shown when discard mode was active.
