3.7.0 has arrived... and with it comes new achievements, bug fixes, and overall optimizations to the game. Note: This is the LAST update branch of Season Three, as Season Four will be teased in a couple of days and will release fully in a couple of weeks, near the start of April,
WEAPONS
- Buffed the Lightweight AR's damage by 1 for each rarity
- Fixed a bug where the scope would stay visible on the screen after a player would switch a weapon
- Fixed various shooting and weapon handling glitches and bugs
STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS
- Added new Steam Achievements to unlock: Looter, Rare Looter, Big Shot, No Scope, Forest Map, Swamp Map, and Sharpshooter
- Removed the following Steam Achievements: Spooked!, Subzero, Polara, and Join Game
After many complaints and comments about the idea behind Season Achievements in Frontier, we decided to FULLY remove any seasonal achievements permanently. The main reason was that newer players could never unlock ALL of the Frontier achievements if they wanted to, since seasonal achievements could only be obtained if you played during a certain season and time-period. This is unfair, so starting from this update, Frontier will NO LONGER feature Seasonal Achievements and never will, so that all players, whether OGs or newcomers, will have the ability to 100% unlock all of the Frontier Steam achievements.
