Fixed some stuff
WEAPONS
- Increased Burst SMG interval delay from 0.13 to 0.17
- Shrunk the Burst AR model by 20% as it was too large
- Increased the Combine Precision DMR's clip size from 11 to 16
GAME
- Added a new loading screen
