Greetings, innkeepers!
We’ve been hard at work bringing more life and chaos to your medieval tavern! Here’s what’s brewing in the latest updates:
New Points of Interests:
Marketplace
The Marketplace is a bustling hub where players can buy fresh ingredients, restock supplies, and discover special items to enhance their tavern. It’s filled with merchants selling meats and vegetables for you meals. Prices vary so keep an eye to the market. You are also able to buy own market stalls for passive gold income.
Shops
In shops you can buy mugs, plates, snacks and more tools for your tavern. Now deliveries have deliverycosts, so it is worth to visit them. Some items are available only in shops too.
Church
Every medieval town needs a church, and Tavern Legends is no exception! Nestled beside it lies a misty cemetery, adding a touch of mystery to the town. Step inside the church, hear the priest’s solemn sermons, and immerse yourself in the rich atmosphere of medieval life.
Taverns
Currently, the town offers four unique taverns - two smaller ones and two larger ones - all available for purchase. At the start of the game, you can choose one of the smaller taverns as your first step toward building your tavern empire!
More customers
Added farmer, mages, knights and a king as a new class which visits your tavern.
Small description:
- farmers spend food instead of coins as a tip. It's class is a little bit lower than normal peasants
- Mages can cast evil or good spells depending on there ratings, which helps you in your tavern - or not
- Knights are a honered class, which spends a lot of tips. They will help you if rude customers starts a brawl in your tavern, even guards will help you with them
- The king may hold the highest title, but he’s also the most disgusting guest in the realm. Arrogant, gluttonous, and utterly shameless. His presence alone can send tavern cleanliness into chaos - but ignoring him might be even worse. However - the people of the town love him!
Bookings
With bookings, you can hire bards, run advertisements, and more to boost your tavern’s success. Each option costs a bit of gold, but in most cases, the investment pays off!
Skills
Earn XP by cleaning your tavern, serving customers, and handling unruly guests, then go sleep to use your skill points. Spend them on character and management skills to unlock powerful upgrades that make running your tavern easier and more efficient!
Workers
One of the most helpful features in Early Access is the addition of workers. You can hire them for each tavern to assist with cleaning, cooking, and serving your beloved customers. We're working hard to ensure this feature runs smoothly, making your tavern management easier than ever!
Micromanagement
In the demo, things felt rushed, but Early Access changes that! The beginning will be calmer, with less chaos as you grow your tavern. Expanding and gaining fame will help your tavern evolve. Micromanagement is key - like using a rag to clean tables and experiencing class-dependent events, adding more depth to your daily operations.
Improvements in UI-Design and Settings
The UI design has been completely revamped, offering a cleaner, more intuitive experience! Navigating menus, a map for orientation, managing your tavern and accessing important information is now smoother and more visually appealing than ever.
We’ve also introduced more gameplay settings, allowing you to fine-tune your experience to match your preferences. From adjusting different soundsettings to customizing drinkspeed, manners and much more. you now have greater control over how you run your tavern and enjoy your journey in Tavern Legends.
We’re continuing to refine and expand Tavern Legends, so keep your feedback coming! What new features would you like to see? Let us know in the comments!
