It has come to our attention that some players have encountered this problem. It seems that the game tried to select the best available resolution based on GFX card support instead of using the current desktop resolution to start things first.
We're sorry if you're currently encountering this problem. We'll investigate this issue and get back as soon as possible. Probably by tonight.
Once the game has been patched, we'll need you to do the following:
1) In Steam Client -> Library -> Games
2) Foresight -> Properties
3) Local Files -> Browse Local Files
4) Delete BBLibCfg.dat
5) Verify Integrity of Game Cache
6) Ensure that the BBLibCfg.dat has been restored.
7) Run Foresight
