Warborne Above Ashes is quite the eclectic mix of genres. At a glance it has similar strategic action to the likes of Command and Conquer with large-scale battles, preparation, and frontline logistics. Underneath that, however, is a colossal MMO where hundreds of players duke it out in month-long wars that require teamwork, skill, and intimate knowledge of your surroundings. If that sounds like it's for you, Warborne is hosting a new Steam playtest incredibly soon.
