I'm pleased to say that my other major project is finished and now I can get back to working on the game! Now that I've reached this point, let me indulge you guys quickly on my immediate future plans for the game.
Firstly, I would like to update the demo to reflect the final build. This "final demo" version will be uploaded alongside the Kickstarter campaign. I wish for the demo to more accurately reflect the game's state, with all the new features and whatnot, but it won't have the same end condition. Instead, the demo will end once Henrietta faints at 6AM, giving you only the first day to experience as much as you can. You are able to restart the game, however, and play as many times as you want. That being said, there are many things that won't be accessible on the first day, such as access to the second floor, additional interaction with prisoners, dinner scenes, etc.
Secondly, yes, I'm still looking to make that campaign! All I have to do currently is make a proper trailer and finish up the main page. After the actual page is completed, I wish to line up the campaign with some ads, which I'll need to do research on. Still a decent amount of work to do, and I've invested a lot of energy and time to my other project, so I wasn't able to do as much as I wanted during that time.
Thank you all for your patience these past couple months. I look forward to investing more time into the game at long last! See you in the next update!
