BURDEN STREET STATION IS ALREADY HERE!!!
Hi hi hellooo!!! We are glad to announce that Burden Street Station is OUT NOW!!! It says so in the OUT NOW trailer, see?
IODINE and CRITICAL REFLEX team worked hard to deliver this neat experience of a game to everyone seeking unorthodox but relatable stories told in the artsiest way possible! If that description fits you, but the BSS hype still passed you by, here are a few features that will make you fall in love with the game – even if you’re seeing it for the first time:
Explore a strange, dreamlike world rooted in our reality (with all of its pros and cons package included
)
Build your personality brick by brick and unravel unexpected stories by shapeshifting between the 15+ different identities
Solve the mystery of the missing God and unpack five deep, intertwined storylines along the way
Meet a diverse cast of locals, from lost artists to mad conspiracy theorists in business suits, influence their decisions and change the people around you by changing yourself
All of that is already available right here, on Steam!!!

And if you’re a fan of soundtracks that can stand on their own and earn a dedicated spot in your playlist, definitely check out the Burden Street Station Original Soundtrack! Fully composed by IODINE, it’s a complete package of a whopping 1.5 hrs of music, that include funky jazz bangers, compositions on a chillier side, and really touching melodies to cry/reconsider your life choices to. You can listen the tracks and enjoy the cool visualizer here:
The last thing that we would like to highlight here is the winners of the fan art contest! Once again, our community has blessed us with a whole bunch of beautiful submissions created by incredibly talented people. But these five artworks were the most ‘BSS-coded’ of them all and got IODINE’s blessings to win the contest:
1ST - @fearspore on Bluesky
2ND - @Kuryuu1221 on X
3RD - @waywardwarren on Bluesky
4TH - @jamp0p on Bluesky
5TH - @Punkfetti on X
Congratulations to the winners and thanks to everyone who has participated!! We’ll contact the featured artists on the platforms of their choice from the official CRITICAL REFLEX page to manage the prize distribution soon.
Alright, alright, we won't take any more of your time, go shapeshift your way through this crazy world already!!!!
