Patch Notes:
- Fixed a whole array of issues that was keeping some of the new achievements from unlocking.
-- If you are owed an achievemnt re-enter the area or talk to the npc where you unlock it!
- Fixed an issue with a secret card back unlock not being where it should be on the ground
- Fixed an issue with Sally not using the right card back
- Fixed an issue that broke character dialog noise after unlocking a card back
- The deck editor cost filter will now go up to 8! (For reasons some of you now know)
