Update notes 25.09

- The music does not stop when the level is restarted
- Removed the shot effect from Basic Mob
- Levels 3.3, 4.2 are overbalanced
- Training can be skipped, but it's better to watch it
- Story slides now don't disappear by themselves
- Added interactive learning
