This season, we launched a new Branch – Haste. Over the past week, we've been closely monitoring the impact of this new Branch on the overall game environment. It currently appears that in some scenarios, it exhibits some rather extreme performance, exceeding our expectations from testing, and we've taken note of these issues. Please give us some more time to observe and consider solutions; we will optimize and adjust some of the currently identified problems by the middle of this month. We also encourage you to share any issues or suggestions you've encountered regarding this new Haste Branch.
Previously, we discussed the issue of certain Treasure combinations potentially being too strong. After considering player discussions, we've carefully thought about how to better address this. One thing is certain: imposing additional restrictions to reduce the appearance probability of Treasures that could form combos is not a good approach, and we will not be heading in that direction. We will continue to proceed from a global balance perspective, optimizing and adjusting overly extreme situations through numerical strength, while doing our best not to limit the diversity of Treasure combinations.
In the past, sometimes in pursuit of balance, we restricted the appearance of some Treasure combinations and limited certain playstyles. While the game did become relatively more balanced, the elements of surprise and fun also diminished. We've always believed that we are creating a game with strong randomness and rich possibilities for enjoyment – this is a key feature of our game. However, at times, we ourselves have overlooked this original intention. In the future, we will gradually restore previously unavailable Treasure combinations, doing our utmost to bring everyone a wide range of gameplay combination possibilities, and progressively adjust numerical strength in line with the aforementioned balancing approach.
