Confederation Membership Challenge Cup
Each confederation except South America will hold a battle for membership status. The lowest-ranked teams of the confederation will enter the relegation zone, while the top independent teams of the same continent will enter the promotion zone.
The two worst ranked teams from the relegation zone will face the top two promotion teams in single-leg knockouts, hosted by the confederation sides.
The winner of each tie will retain or gain confederation membership, so they will be eligible for the next World Cups and continental cups. The losers will become unaffiliated. Membership changes will take effect after the competition.
The friendly at the end is a symbolic stage used only to determine the cup winner.
The new tournament is available when you start a new save.

Consequences tab in Editor
You can use the editor to adjust the related confederation settings for each winner and loser in the "Stages" -> "Consequences". Since the feature is too new and experimental, you should avoid editing them too much.

Streak
You may already know that when you click on a streak, a popup will appear. And now more information is available in the pop up - Each match result (W, L, D) will show the opponent’s team flag and the match location (Home, Away or Neutral) below it, making it easier to see which teams were played against.

Skip elo update setting
A new setting "Skip elo update in non-tournament sections" has been added. When enabled, a team’s elo rating and other attributes will remain unchanged after match simulation in Head-to-Head, Quick Matches or Road to 270 section.

African Cup Finals
The event is about to kick off tomorrow, so a dedicated finals event is now available on the homepage. It will remain accessible throughout the tournament.
