Editor: custom group indices
The old "Host Group Indices" setting has been replaced by the more flexible "Custom Group Indices" within each qualification rule.
You can assign specific group placements to any teams selected from a qualification rule, not just host teams.
However, there is a trade-off. The logic behind group draw no longer automatically places hosts in the first group. To make sure hosts are placed in the first few groups, you must manually set the "Custom Group Indices" in the "hosts" typed qualification rule.

How to use: To place selected teams (e.g., hosts) into the first, second, and forth groups, set the indices to the zero-based values: [0, 1, 3].

Set Qatar as the default host nation.
The title holders are automatically seeded into Pot 1 and placed in the fourth group, while the hosts are in the first group.
Stats: Finishing positions
Added a new "Finishing positions" chart to the "Stats" tab. It displays the year‑by‑year finishing positions of one or more teams in a group or league division stage.

2026 World Cup playoffs
Fixed a home and away issue with the UEFA playoffs.
Copa America
Added a draw strategy rule to prevent any group from including more than two guest teams from CONCACAF or the AFC.
The hosts and the title holders are automatically seeded into Pot 1.
Bug fix
Fixed a game-stopping bug with Global League or any league that do not use the last stage as the championship stage.
Fixed the "Best Round" statistic in the "Appearances" tab.
