Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to play the demo and share thoughtful feedback.
After reviewing player responses and watching how people engage with the investigation, I’ve decided to remove the timer system from SideEye High. The goal of the game has always been careful observation and interpretation, and it’s clear that the timer was getting in the way of how many players wanted to experience the investigation.
This change will be reflected in an upcoming demo update. Along with removing the timer, the updated demo will also include some new content and improvements based on what players have been responding to so far.
All feedback is being carefully considered and is helping shape the direction of the game. SideEye High is still very much a work in progress, and this demo exists specifically so players can help guide what works and what doesn’t.
Please check back soon for the updated demo.
Thank you again to everyone who has played, commented, and shared their thoughts.
