The time has come: version 0.2 is ready!
After the first few weeks, which saw over 20 minor updates and hotfixes, the biggest update yet is finally ready to play.
Below, I'll list all the new features that have been added up to this update, which is quite a lot.
But let's get started, what does 0.2 have to offer?
Shipping providers & shipping costs
From now on, your customers will also pay for shipping! If you want them to...
You can now charge shipping costs for orders. You can set these depending on the selected shipping provider, but you don't have to.
The different providers offer different prices for shipping costs, delivery costs and express delivery.
World events
To add to the already stressful working day, there are now world events. I will be adding more and more event types, and as things stand, these events affect market prices. This works both ways, with prices either rising or falling.
New products
I have already teased the new products, and now they are here. There are 50 new products in the game. A new starter category with 3 subcategories and a new late-game category, toys.
The new starting category is household goods.
If you choose a starting category, you will also unlock the other starting category at a higher level.
Movable furniture
Frequently requested, very frequently: moving furniture.
You can now finally move ALL furniture. You need level 9 for this, but you no longer need the new warehouse.
You can now also place new furniture in your start container! The only thing you can't do is tear down the start furniture.
By the way, you don't have to remove boxes from your shelves, they will be moved along with the furniture.
Previous innovations
- New delivery system
- Filtering for orders
- New system for packing orders
This means that the first version update is finally out. If you discover any errors, please let me know! I have tested it extensively, but something always slips through!
I cannot guarantee that old save files will work. Everything worked in my test save files from 0.1, but a lot has been changed.
I hope you enjoy the update!
