Patch notes to go along with Update #3:
- Controller rumble support added throughout. User can toggle vibration in Options.
- Performance improvements to bring perf back up to 60fps on Steam Deck
- Fix for a rare softlock that was introduced on Lucky Coin pickup
- A couple of other minor fixes and presentation tweaks
