If you experience black bars or screen tearing issues after updating (this part is directed primarily toward NVIDIA users, but most of these should work for AMD), please refer to your video card's settings to Image Scale to your monitor's native resolution/aspect ratio, enable V-Sync & Triple Buffering, set your maximum frame rate to your monitor's refresh rate, and set Power Management Mode to prefer maximum performance.
