Ahoy Captain's!
Before we get into the details about the new upcoming update for Hullbreaker, I’d just like to take a moment to apologize for the delay in releasing the AI/PvE update. Implementing a smart and challenging AI has taken much longer than I initially anticipated. On top of that, I haven’t been able to dedicate full-time hours to Hullbreaker as planned, which slowed things down more than I would have liked.
However, rest assured — the AI update is coming, and you can expect it to launch in just a couple of months. I’m really excited about how it’s shaping up and will be sharing more details soon.
Before the AI update there will be a smaller update containing these features! I plan to release this update very soon
Skeleton Captain's
Players will now take the helm as a fierce Pirate Skeleton Captain, reawakened from the depths to command their ship once more. Bound by cursed blood and burning ambition, you'll battle it out to claim glory and booty in your past name...
Your skeletons will have features that will be able to be customized like bone color, hats, eyes, and accessories!
Brace For Impact!
A new brace mechanic will be added to give more control to the player when it comes to taking damage. You can time your brace to lessen incoming damage for a short period with a longer cooldown. A few upgrades will also be added to help supplement this bracing mechanic.
Marrow Cove!
The newest location to be added to Hullbreaker! This place is where the PvE part of Hullbreaker will take place once fully implemented where you will be able to walk around and explore. For now it will serve as the place where your skeletons will commune to prepare for battle!
Send Off
Also, I would like to announce that Hullbreaker is participating in the Steam Autumn Sale! So be sure to Tell your mateys to pick up Hullbreaker while the sale lasts!
I will be updating the demo accordingly as well to reflect the upcoming content changes and hope to see you all the on the high seas!
