Greetings, bushcrafters!
Over the past few weeks I have been testing and polishing the game based on feedback. This update brings several improvements and a few new additions to the demo. Thanks to everyone who has tried the demo and shared their thoughts, it really helps a lot.
We’re getting closer to the full release of the game, which is planned for later this year. Stay tuned!

New Features:
- Single ingredient vegetable soups added - Players can now create soups in the same way as teas. - Soups do not degrade over time. - Provides slightly more calories than eating a plain vegetable. - Check codex and modify tab.
- Clothes wetting system - Clothes now get wet during rain or immediately when swimming. - Wet clothes increase the player’s overall carry weight. - The player will not start getting wet until an equipped jacket and/or pants are over 50% wet. Other clothing items do not provide wetness protection. - If the player is not wearing a jacket or pants, wetness will start accumulating immediately. - Clothes in the player’s inventory (waist bag or bag) accumulate wetness only a tiny portion of the rain.
Updates & Fixes:
- Medium and hard difficulties have been disabled in the main difficulty selection in the demo. Harder difficulties are still available via Custom Game, where you can select the difficulty manually and of course tweak other settings as well. This change is mainly for the first timers to rather choose the easiest difficulty and getting familiar with the game mechanics.
- The foliage removal key binding has been changed from G to F. This avoids a conflict with the default winter snow-removal key (G).
- Trees that fall on rocks will now immediately break down into logs
- Added a vSync option to the video settings.
- Various minor bug fixes and improvements.
Thank you for your support, and happy surviving!
