Community Creations tweaks

- Limited the amount of firearms you can place inside presets to 1. This is due to a limitation with existing game mechanics.
- Added a minimum required amount of clothing required in presets to 3. Clothing makes presets look more realistic and the higher the variety, the more likely your preset is to get approved.
