Thank you for your interest in "MOMO Crash." To allow more people to experience the charm of this work, and to ensure that content creators can engage in their activities with peace of mind, we have established the following guidelines for video and stream posting regarding this work. Please read these guidelines and enjoy the world of "MOMO Crash" while adhering to the rules!
1. General Principles and Scope of Permission
For "MOMO Crash" (hereafter referred to as "this work"), the posting of gameplay streams (live streaming) and videos (hereafter referred to as "video content") on the internet by individual customers is, in principle, not an issue as long as it is within the scope of these guidelines. We would be delighted if you could share the fun with many people.
2. Usable Content and Activities
All game content playable through this work, including the title screen, and gameplay commentary are subject to being included in video content.
However, please refrain from uses that could give an impression that significantly deviates from the original content and intent of the game by intentionally isolating and applying excessive editing or processing (※) to partial elements of the game (video, audio, text, etc.). (※ Excessive editing or processing refers to expressions that may cause misunderstanding of the game's content, alterations that significantly damage the image of the original work, etc.)
3. Monetization
Monetization using the systems provided by video streaming sites (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), such as advertisements, Super Chat, and channel memberships, is not an issue as long as it is within the scope of these guidelines.
If you wish to use video content for direct commercial purposes by other means (e.g., paid sales, production in exchange for sponsorship, etc.), separate permission from our company is required. If such use is made without permission, we may request the removal of the video content, and we ask for your prompt cooperation in such cases.
4. Use of In-Game Assets (Music, Illustrations, etc.)
Assets included in this work, such as music, character illustrations, background images, and UI, are not an issue as long as they are included as part of the game screen within the scope of your gameplay commentary and introduction videos.
However, please refrain from acts such as extracting these assets (especially music or individual illustrations) for the main purpose of being viewed as standalone content, or applying excessive editing, processing, or alteration to them.
Furthermore, extracting game data or partial assets from this work for separate distribution or sale is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Content and Activities
Video content that includes material contrary to laws or public order and morals, or that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
Video content that includes discriminatory, violent, or obscene expressions, hate speech, or other content that may cause discomfort to others.
Video content for the purpose of specific religious activities, political activities, or similar objectives.
Content that intentionally obstructs the gameplay experience, or promotes or encourages the exploitation of in-game bugs or specifications (cheating, hacking, etc.).
The act of spreading false information about our company or third parties.
The act of spreading commentary or imagery about the game content or theme of "MOMO Crash" that is grossly misleading, or excessively vulgar, violent, or sexually biased in a way that contradicts the development team's intent. (This work values "passionate expression for what one loves." We ask for your cooperation in creating content that respects this point.)
6. Source Attribution
When posting videos, we ask that you include the URL of this Steam store page in the video's description (summary) section whenever possible. (Example: "MOMO Crash" Steam Store Page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3077570/ )
When live streaming, we would appreciate it if you could introduce the game you are playing as "MOMO Crash" either during the stream or in the description section.
7. Other
The contents of these guidelines are subject to change without notice at the discretion of our company. Please always check the latest guidelines.
For matters not covered in these guidelines, please follow the Steam Terms of Service and the terms of use of each video streaming site.
In the event that we discover video content that violates these guidelines, we may contact you with a request for removal.
