Looking ahead, there are a number of new gameplay features I would like to implement.
Career Mode
Popcorn is currently a very simple clicker game, with most of the gameplay experience coming from chaining together orb explosions to pop large volumes of popcorn and rack up lifetime popcorn eaten for achievements.
In this mode, you would start out with a single spawner and no abilities. As you pop popcorn and earn currency, you would be able to purchase more spawners, abilities, and upgrades. This would hopefully add more of the type of gameplay some would expect from this genre.
Twitch Integration
I'd like to add some kind of fun features for Twitch, like having a chance that your Twitch viewers get spawned as a kernel... and then eaten.
I feel that this game could be very well suited for the "Just Chatting" type of crowd, and a fun way to engage your chat.
Known Issues & Bug Fixes
There is a known bug where when launching the game, the menu will not appear. This may be fixed by restarting the game or restarting Steam. If you experience this, please let me know in the Discussions in the Bug & Issue reporting section.
Thanks all.
