Hello community,
We get so into our work on The Long Dark that sometimes we forget the team needs to take a break for the holidays, to recharge and spend time with their families. So, to that end, here's how we plan to continue to support the community over the upcoming holidays.
* December 24-Dec 25: The community team will be off, and will not be checking the forums or support email addresses. Please send any "emergency" posts to: [email protected]
* December 26-December 30: The community team will be off, and will only monitor the forums and support email address intermittently.
* December 31st- January 1st: The community team will be off, and will not be checking the forums or support email addresses. Please send any "emergency" posts to: [email protected]
* January 2nd-3rd: The community team will be off, and will only monitor the forums and support email address intermittently.
* January 4th: Full support. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.
As a result of this "lighter" community support over the holidays, it may take a bit longer than usual to respond to technical support posts and email queries. We appreciate your patience during this period.
Thanks for all your support this year, and we hope you enjoy the December update of The Long Dark!
