Hi guys,
Happy new year! I hope everyone had a happy holidays. Here is a new update to help with your Japanese learning.
Here is the changelog:
- A new item has been added to the in-game shop called Stun Enemies. At the time of item activation, it will set all enemies’ movement speed to 0 for 4 seconds. Do note that you cannot have Slow Enemies and Stun Enemies active at the same time.
- For levels 1 - 17, you can now choose to hear the kana pronunciations when eliminating enemies in the first few waves that have singular kana to learn for that specific level to help with memorization. For example, pronunciation clips can play on an enemy's death if the kana they contain is either あ, い, う, え, or お for level 1 or か, き, く, げ, or ご for level 2. There will be a toggle option located in the initial kana slides when entering a level. By default, the option will not be selected.
- Added 2 new achievements: Kana Seito and The First Purchase
- Updated the user interface to reduce clutter for the Vocabulary Dictionary when viewing previously typed words. Long definition text will now be truncated but you can hover over them with your mouse to see the full text.
- Minor UI updates to increase clarity and consistency
If you have any issues/bugs or any feedback/suggestions, please let me know. Consider sharing the game with others if you find the game helpful. Thanks!
