Challenge Your Foodie Palate
Shokudo Underworld is a 2.5D restaurant management game where you play as a corporate worker serving food to Underworld customers. Use a variety of strange underground ingredients to create delicious and bizarre dishes that will tantalize your customers' taste buds. As you earn more salary, you can pray to the gods to unlock new skills and tools, which will help you upgrade your restaurant and provide even better service.
Feature Spotlights
- The Mystical Shokudo: Serve up delicious dishes on time to earn tips, experience, and cute gacha prizes. Meanwhile, make wishes to the gods and harness their divine power to upgrade your restaurant and attract more customers!
- The Quirky and Eerie Art: Delight in the most “adorable” cartoon characters and immerse yourself in an authentic restaurant environment with a mystical atmosphere.
- The Enchanting Music: Experience an original soundtrack with Japanese shokudo themes that transport you to a magical world.
Game Lore
The story unfolds with a depressed corporate worker who meets his untimely end in a restaurant accident. In his final moments, he dreams of one last taste of his favorite ramen, hoping to find it in the afterlife. But instead of a heavenly feast, he is met with a surprising twist: he is reincarnated as a corporate worker once more, but this time in the depths of the Underworld.
In this new realm, he runs a bustling shokudo for Underworld residents. He must source rare, magical ingredients from a farm inhabited by mythical creatures and enchanted vegetables, then turn them into dishes for his otherworldly customers. Overwhelmed by tasks and challenges, he needs your help to turn his misfortune into success. Will you assist him in the afterlife?
Tips and Tricks
- Zoom zoom! Gotta run up and down quickly. Better carry an extra backpack too.
- The more variety you have in the food menu, the more experience you gain. However, you need to carefully time your service and gather ingredients.
- What da cat doing? Rub its belly and see what happens.
