New Weapons, Physics Update and More!

Added two new weapons
-Sniper Rifle
-Grenade Launcher

Made the physics a bit more reactive to all damage.

Updated the Buy menu to have lists of types of items. One for Weapons and one for Upgrades. More being added overtime to each type.
