No, your eyes aren’t playing any tricks on you: The Mirage Mounts are back, and they’re joined by the intricate, ornately designed Illustrious Storage Chest.
For the unfamiliar, Mirage Mounts are specially bred companions that come straight from the mysterious Daru of Mirage Isle. Each mount represents the trusted transportation choices of each race: An Elk for the Elves, Leomorph for the Harani, Snowlion for the Firran, and Lilyut Horse for the Nuians. Each of these mounts moves at a swift 10 m/s and can be ridden by any race, thanks to the careful training of the Daru. For those of you who have purchased the previously available Zebra Mount, you’ll also be able to upgrade it to 10 m/s after the release of the January Update!
But, that’s not all! Returning to the Marketplace is also the 80 slot Illustrious Storage Chest. Hoard your materials and items like never before, but don’t place this piece of masterwork on the ground. Farms, gardens, and other outdoor spaces just aren’t suitable for something so exquisite.
Finally, importantly, our previously announced retiring legacy items will NOT be retiring today. Instead, those items will be removed from the store on March 3, 2017, giving you more time to collect your loyalty tokens!
