Thiago Lehmann’s artistic style is characterized by his ability to fuse fantasy elements with meticulous detail, bringing to life characters that are both fantastical and believable. His work is heavily inspired by the realms of fantasy, horror, and science fiction, often featuring creatures and characters that are otherworldly yet grounded in reality.
His work on Throne of Bones translates his mastery in creating dark, atmospheric character designs that evoke a sense of dread and intrigue. By exploring themes of death, decay, and the macabre, resulting in a collection of characters that are both haunting and visually compelling, this project highlights his skill in connecting the fantasy and horror genres. This showed us he was the right artist for Sigils of Nightfall.
Another of Thiago’s notable personal projects is BugWorld, a series of character designs inspired by insects. This project showcases his ability to take inspiration from nature and transform it into something both familiar and entirely new. Each character in BugWorld is a testament to his creativity, blending real nature with imaginative flair.
In addition to his personal projects, Thiago has contributed to some of the most popular games in the industry. His work on Dota 2 and Path of Exile has been widely recognized, with his designs helping to shape the visual identity of these games. His contributions to these projects have cemented his reputation as a leading figure in game art and design.
Currently, Thiago Lehmann is bringing his talents to Sigils of Nightfall, where he is contributing to the game's dark and immersive world. His expertise in character design enhances the game's atmosphere, adding depth and detail to the characters that players will encounter.
