Welcome to Tarvos Desolation — a name that better captures a sci-fi horror that awaits you.
Why the Name Change?
The decision to rebrand our game wasn’t made lightly. As development progressed and the world of Jupiter Survivor took shape, we realized the name didn’t fully encapsulate the isolation and dread we wanted players to feel. We chose Tarvos over Jupiter because it’s not explored in other games, allowing us to create something unique. Its small size and landscape create a claustrophobic atmosphere that adds tension and fits the emotional depth we want in our story. While "Desolation" underscores the loneliness and danger that define the experience.
Our Efforts Behind the Scenes
Renaming the game was just one part of the journey. Every corner of Tarvos Desolation is being meticulously crafted to immerse you in its terrifying atmosphere. We’ve removed or redesigned some monsters to better fit the game’s tone, making every encounter more impactful and memorable for players.
We’ve worked hard to make combat more intense. Surviving means choosing your battles wisely and staying sharp against relentless enemies. Every fight on Tarvos is a test of your skills and determination.
What’s Next?
Moving forward, our focus will remain on delivering the same intense, horror-filled experience we’ve always envisioned. The name may have changed, but the soul of the game hasn’t. You’ll still face:
