Happy New Year!
Finally, 2025 has arrived, the year that the release of ‘Niraya of ■■’ is planned. Now I’m feeling a bit nervous about whether I’ll be able to release it smoothly right.
Today, I’ll be sharing some usual making-of information.
This time, I’d like to talk about the amount of detail in the textures.
Almost all of the background model materials in this game are designed to maintain enough detail even when the camera is very close.
Well, it's just repeating textures, but I’ll share more specific details about that later days.
In this video, I’ve captured scenes where the camera is much closer than in the actual game. Even so, you can see that the resolution is still maintained.
In fact, the road signs have reflectors embedded in them, but no matter how the camera is moved in the game, they remain unnoticed.
Even if you don’t notice them, I hope the attention to detail and dedication put into the creation comes through to you.
If you ever find yourself lost in the world of ‘Niraya of ■■’, how about trying to find some low-resolution materials hidden in the game?
