Playtest update: Aug 2

- Changed primary keyboard + mouse control scheme to use mouse look (check the Controls window to switch back to right click to turn)
- Added a Video Settings window for various settings, including cam rotation speed
- Rebalanced all enemy stats
- Significantly sped up all attacks
- Changed all part stats (now parts only have 1-2 bonuses per item)
- Added typewriter effect to dialogue
- Various bug fixes
