- Added a feature to allow users to rate original questions as Good or Bad.
- Added a feature to sort original questions by the number of Good ratings.
- Added a feature to display the number of Good ratings on original questions.
- Modified the original question creation/edit popup so it can only be closed with the "×" button or the "Esc" key.
- Swapped the positions of the "Next Question" button and the "Choose a Question" button.
