Starting today, August 21st, and lasting the entire weekend, until August 23rd
the legendary unit Xcellence is guaranteed after 100 Specialist Beacons have been used for recruitment during this event.
Xcellence is a Legendary Atlas Syndicate chemical Attacker
who can slow down, stasis, and even disable foes,
while ignoring portions of their shields.
An excellent attacker capable of dishing out surprising damage.
